So if you promise a certain player - a senior transfer, a Juco - whatever - ten minutes a game, say - how does that interact with the player's normal minutes expectations?  Does it replace them?  Or does the promise become more or less irrelevant as they will complain if they fall below the higher minute expectations based on the class of the player?
