CS will say yes, my experience says no. But I haven't screwed with it too much lately.

not too long ago on the forum, a coach said they carried through on promises for the season but then sat the kid in either the CT and/or the NT and he transferred at the end of the season.  I don't have any experience personally with such cases, just passing a previous coach's input along.
