WIS Sitemail to First-Time HBD Owners Topic

Whenever a user signs up for their first HBD team, WIS should send a sitemail to them informing them of and encouraging them to use the HBD mentor program.

This would give them a resource to turn to in helping them learn the game, and hopefully help prevent them from making mistakes that may discourage them from sticking with it.

+1,  When I'm recruiting for the world I commish, I tell any newb who inquires about a team that I suggest they get a mentor or three. The most common response I get is, "Oh, I didn't know they even had a mentor program."
