Starting a new theme league Topic

I've read everything about starting a new theme league.  I just can't find or understand where you go to actually start your format ... make your rules, etc.  I can find League Draft Options page .  but that's it.  Can someone help me ??

Click on one of your empty teams...it will take you to the "Choose your league type" page.  Select "new theme league" and go from there...good luck!
