Team City or Name Can't be Used? Topic

I tried to select NY1 and it appeared as an option, but whatever team name I put in I get a message that says the Chosen City or Name can't be used.  Anybody ever seen this/know what causes it?  There is not an NY1 team in the world I'm attempting to join.

No weird characters in the name, or a zillion characters long? I'd log out, log back in, try again... if not, site-mail the commish and send a ticket ASAP. The commish will be getting antsy if you don't show up in a reasonable amount of time.

Yes usf there is -- is that the reason?  Like if one NY team is in the NL the other has to be in the AL?

When HBD was first introduced this rule was in place. I am guessing they have not abolished it yet.

Bet thats it. They would surely need to be in opposite leagues. Of course, if thats the case, then it shouldn't be an option.
