Can a PG play SF? Topic

I think I remember reading that there is a "penalty" by playing players two spaces put of position. Is this true? Can I put my backup PG at SF?

no position penalty, listed position is just cosmetic - play him where his ratings suggest he should be played

no penalty anymore. If his ath/def and reb are up to par I would definately do it.

glad they got rid of it.  If they did it in the NBA the Lakers would have never won a championship with Magic Johnson as the PG

I just finished a season where I had a "PF" starting at SG and backing up at PG. Ignore the labels and put them where they fit.
