What would be a deciding factor for a player to choose to opt out?  Is there a rating that determines this?

I assume it would be a rating combined with average salary for posistion. Maybe age and patience factor in..

For example Rondell Brooks could opt out after this season.. How likely is it that he would.

This TARD opted out last season and ended up taking a paycut in arbitration....  It worked out for me, but made no sense..

As far as I know higher patience = higher odds of opting in.  But I think I've seen high patience guys opt out before, so it's still sort of random.
