please tell me where in your rules i can find how to recruit.  you give lots of advice on how to go about the process but i have no idea how to make a phone call, schedule a visit, send an email, contact my assistant coaches.  WHere o where are the game play instructions for your site.  my recruiting period started and i have no idea how to go about your game. 

The main hoops dynasty forum has a lot of stickied threads on this topic. Also, there's a "mentor" list where you can get someone to walk you through things.

To answer your direct question, click on the player you want to recruit, and there's a bunch of tabs at the top of his screen. click on the recruiting tab, and then choose from each drop down list or box to recruit.
