What carries more weight with a recruit 20 phone calls or a $200 SV?

I think that would depend if you and he were on the same cell phone plan or not. If the calls are free, then your golden... but if your burning up his minutes... the SV's would be a much better way to go

ok lets say instead of phone calls we use letters.  is $300 worth of letters worth the same as a $300 SV in terms of effort?
