I am looking to join under the right situation. Im not looking for another rebuild(i have 2 atm that are gonna be really tough so don't have the time for another) I'm looking for a team thats close to the NT or consistently in it and at the lowest a B- prestige... i can't see the teams that are open until sign-ups start so does anyone have any suggestions on a team for me and could post a link here? if so that would be greatly appreciated!

It only takes 2 or 3 seasons to rebuild a D3 team...  I'd just look for a team in a conference starting with U for extra recruiting money and better competition.  USA South and University are probably your best bets, with Upstate not terribly far behind...
