... with $14M in college scouting and $4M in HS scouting, do you think I'll still be able to draft a stud with the #1 overall pick? I just took over this team at the end of last season, and the next season just started a couple days ago. I wanted to grab a few FA's/keep some $ for potential IFA's so I kept my scouting pretty low. I ask because I've never had the #1 pick before, nor have I put this little in scouting with such a high pick.
