maybe I should clarify, I'm talking about next season and the season after it, this one is over and I know I'm not going to be in the NT this season. I don't see a reason that Chad Miller wont turn into a dominant player of the conference once his Ath gets up to the 70-80 range. Milton Hall's speed should get up into the 40's and LP might touch the low 90's. I think he'll be very effective with his 80+ Ath in the conference. Head has been good, Adams has been good, his SPD and DEF will be higher next year which will make the defense much better. Tomlin and Jorgensen are solid. David Moon's Ath + Per will continue to increase, he should be a threat toward the middle second half of the year. My challenge is really bringing in some young players to keep it going, and getting more athletic.
I don't see a reason I won't be a contender in the conference though. Connecticut will be tough though,
I don't see you as a lock next season nor the season after with this roster.
Milton Hall really isn't anyone you would want on a D1 roster. He would need speed to be at least in the mid/high 60s to be effective at SF, and would otherwise need huge improvements in reb (which looks like is maxed out already) to be effective at PF/C.
Without doing a player by player analysis, the only guys that belong on a low NT caliber D1 team are the following: Head, Jorgensen, Miller. The rest belong to d2/d3.
