With International Prospects and Negotiations:

What difference, if any, does the type of contract offered make?

As an example: Would offering less money and a pro contact entice a prospect more than simply more money.  For instance 10 mil + pro over 12 mil ?

It's safe to assume that contract bidding is all about $$$. In the case of a tie -- often the case with MiL free-agents -- MiL with invite will trump MiL only. I've seen many times in Internat bidding when a MiL contract with more money beats out a ML offer.
