Look at the recommended minutes/game. I think this is a glitch?

No glitch.  You're at/near the end of the season.  I can tell by your top minute players being recommended low/none and your low minute players being recommended high.  The Rec MPG is how many minutes WIS says you should play a player each game until the end of the regular season to meet their IRL minute totals.

If I put those 'low minute players' in for the recommended time they will all be at 0% after one game. Sounds like either horrible advice or a buggy system.
