Help with Under performing team Topic

Will some of you please take a look at my roster and give me your thoughts on what I am doing wrong.  This team is mostly upper class men and 9 have IQ's of A or better in both offense and defense.  Speed is adequate for what I am able to recruit.  Am at a total loss, thought this season would be better than last.
