WISC question about IP and PA Topic

I'm really hope that there is a WISC veteran that is willing to help me a little.    I'm working on my 6 teams for this years event and i am in no way  threat to win this thing it's just very fun to pay in.  i'm trying to get better and my team slowly improve.    i planned to draft 1350 IP and 4800 PA for the 70 mil league obviously with no AAA.   and for every 10 mil more in salary i add 50 IP and 200 PA.   Someone please throw me a bone if im way off the mark.

Those are some pretty standard and safe numbers.  But standard and safe aren't going to win the WISC.  I think the key is trying to push your teams as close as possible to that minimum IP and PA needed line.  Read the WISC team building processes from the last few years, it will help out.  A lot of people posted their IP's and PA's for each theme.  My IP's were (didnt log the PA's)

I agree with profcake.  I also think the kind of theme plays a huge role in how many ips or abs you need - not just the cap level.  For instance, a theme that favours hitting (such as a coors type theme) would mean more ips and abs than would be normal for your given cap.
As a final point, remember that the WISC themes are often very restrictive - which generally means the hitting won't be as good as an open league team for a given cap.  Do with that information what you will.

Thanks  for your help.   I feel like im in line this year for the correct numbers.   the 110 Mil league i have more then profcake has posted but that is a DH league so i'm assuming i need to add more IP to compensate for that.   thanks again.  It's reall appreciated.
