OK.  I have the 25th pick in our upcoming draft (Thursday), so these guys are beyond my reach, but I thought I would give you guys a chance to see how you would rank the top 5 guys (in order) on my board.

All are 18 or 19 and likely to get to projections, except in the case of the three hitters.  Each has a projected split that I think they will fall 10 pts short of.  I've added an asterisk to identify those. In each of those the player needs nearly 40 pts of growth to get there.  Unlikely.

That's probably how I'd rank them. But that's just if the rest of my team was even and I didn't have one more need than another. I'd obviously rank a little differently if I had a glaring weakness.

#5 over #1? 

#5 is pretty nice, great splits and great control....but he's a 110-120 inning guy. 

#1, with Stamina of 88 and 32 Durability is a 240 inning guy.  His Control and vR is as good as #5 (and his vL ain't bad), plus he has a superb first 3 pitches.

Different strokes, I guess.

#5 is a 160 inning guy. 110-120 is underestimating him. Now maybe you'd still rather have the workhorse, but don't sell #5 short. Plus his high combo of makeup and health put him over the top for me.
