During the first cycle of the signing period aren't you supposed to get a scholarship message if you have offered that player a scholarship?

I got a message from one of the guys I'm going after but the other one didn't give me one, anyone know why? Thank you.

I'm sorry what do you mean? I'm on his considering list and hes struggling between me and another school.

did you offer a redshirt to him?  if so he might be mad and have rejected the scholarship
