I think what you do with McWhinnie is very situational.
He can be a very strong scorer for you, but is a weak defender. I would strongly considering making him the #1 backup at both pg and sg, and letting him score double figures off the bench. He'll still get 20+ mpg, but won't be matched up against the other team's best perimeter threats nearly as often.
Baugh at sf is a definite. I'd probably play Burkley more at center, but might move him around to get him a matchup vs. a weaker defender when possible. Springer should be the #1 backup at both pf and c -- he's just significantly better than Hudnall and needs to play more minutes than him.
