I need some immediate help! I got busy with work and the family and neglected my spring training pitching setup. All of my ML pitching's stamina went to 0. I found out just before the end of spring training and rested everyone. All but four have recovered. I didn't even make this mistake as a newb! All of the pitchers have options available. What should I do to get their stamina back to 100 in the quickest way possible? Do I put them on the 15 day DL, leave them on the roster and just put them on rest or send them down to AAA ad put them on the inactive list.
