I cant decide between starting Spencer at SS and rotating Simon through 2B/SS/RF/LF/CF all season.  Would like some 2nd opinions...

Simon's offense more than makes up for his "a little short, but close enough" defensive ratings at SS.  Plus, Spencer's glove = Simon's glove, so you wouldn't be gaining a whole lot there.

I would probably begin the season with Simon at SS and Spencer set as an early D replacement at SS.

Then, once 2B/3B/RF/LF begin to fall below 100%, I would give them days off with Simon filling in and Spencer starting at SS. Simon should stay at 100% almost the full season this way, since he'll only be playing 6-7 innings of many games early in the year.

With guys like Simon, 80-87-ish Durability, I just rest them every tenth game, usually until the last 25 games of the season.  I'm not sure he can play every game with just being rested for defensive purposes.  He's a heck of a player, though.

Ive been getting 550 ABs out of him but could probably get 600 or so. I'll probably play him all over the field for 550ABs.
