Older IFA don't do much developing in many cases.

Signed S16, between S17 and S18, he added 1 pt vRH, 2 pts vLH, 1 pt contact, etc. His development thereafter is in line with what I'd expect (not much).

The OP's guy was signed S22, between S23 and S24, he added 5 pts contact, 5 points vLH, 5 points vRH, etc. If you expect his further development to mirror Diaz, I think you are mistaken.

I didn't look at his guy.   Lots of factors.   But IFA don't seem to follow the same development line as draftees.

5 points across the board likely means he can expect about 3-4 more points across the board in devlopment, maybe another five. He is already 22 and his game is built around power: Bring him up now and let him continue developing in the majors where the coaches should be better anyway. Waiting another two seasons means he does not hit the majors until age 25, so he will already be in decline by the end of his arb controlled time with the team, which for a defensively challenged power hitter is just poor asset management.

Power and eye are done.   I'd expect 3-5 points in contact, VL/VR.   Significant development is over.   If he's a better option than what you have, no need to hold him back.  He's not getting much better.   At 22, you have control of him until he's 32 if you call him up now.  At 33, he's already a season into decline.

What are your thoughts on Carter Craig and Ricardo Osoria ? Should I have given Osoria some time at AAA ? I needed a DH and he was my best option. Also, should I move Craig up to AA? I really want to make sure his vs Lhp&Rhp fill out to his projections. (62& 70 respectively).
