My team just finished non-conference 1-9. I have gone to the NT the last 7 years and I am perplexed by the teams performance. Can anyone take a look and let me know if they see something I am really screwing up... this is mind boggling.

From a quick look, you have good but not great players. No dominant scorers, no dominant defenders, and only 1-2 good rebounders. 

Should you be 1-9? probably not. But I can conceivably see you at 4-6 or 6-4.

Your 3pt shooting should not be that bad.  I've had plenty of guys (with good spd/bh) that shoot better with low 50's PER.  I'm no expert in the motion offense, but I'd guess it's because you don't have any b+/a- passers on the team.  I'd agree with caesari in that it looks to me like a .500 team.

A slightly closer look revealed how young this team is.  Only 4 guys over B IQ.  I think your offense (defense has played fine to date) will turn around once you get the IQ's up.  Could even be a dangerous team by the time the CT rolls around.

EDIT:  You did take 2 very good teams to OT as well.  And the stats all line up to be pretty even.  I think this is mostly a case of you having a decent team that just hasn't caught any breaks.
