Sorry-- when the VsR is 12 or more greater than the VsL, giving a greater than average advantage to an LHB.
Now let's say the difference is something like 25. (vL 55, vR 80). Still Velasquez? I had been starting him most of the time against righties, but I really start considering Post when I face a pitcher like this. And let's say it's the playoffs, so resting my players isn't an issue.
