Do they drop all the way to end of signing?

It's past the 5 PM cycle in Knight.  Signing end at midnight tonight, is the guy I am waiting for not gonna drop or do I still have a chance of landing him?

I doubt it. I think most guys drop between the cycles on signing day. As time draws on your chances get slim to nil.
