in regards to the blue/black/red ratings improvement guidelines...how does this relate to FT shooting? does a blue FT rating mean the player has the potential to improve 1+ full lettergrade (from C- up to B-), while black means the player may improve 1-2 partial letter grades (from C- up to C+ perhaps)? just curious as to the guidelines for this? thanks.

Low potential (red) is 0-3% of potential improvement remaining, average (black is 3-8%), and high (blue) is anything above 8%.  Each 1/3 of a letter grade is roughly 3%, give or take a little.
