2-3 Zone vs 3-2 Zone Topic

When is it best to use each?  I'm playing a team tonight that like to jack up the 3s, but are tough inside.  I'm guessing the 3-2 will help against the 3s, but i'll open myself up inside.  Appreciate all input.
