Mid-season call-ups and avoiding early arbitration Topic

I know this topic gets brought up on probably a weekly basis, but I'm wondering if anyone could tell me the calculation specifically as it relates to when a player has a year counted towards arbitration.

Take  Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Benny Delgado for example.

He'll be called up this season, but I'm unsure of when I can call him up and let him avoid having a year of his arbitration clock ticked off.

In Season 21, he was called up late and played in 9 games.
In Season 22, he was never called up.
In Season 23, he was called up late and played in 26 games.

How many games into Season 24 can I call him up and it not count as a year towards arbitration?  The baseline is 20 games, right?  Does his previous 35 games mean I need to wait 55 games?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how all of the partial seasons interact with each other, but I do know that it's the number of days on the big league roster you should be considering instead of the number of games played.

He's at 74 days (at least according to what I see [rollover ML Years:  0 in the player card]).  176 days in the season.  So if he was up for 102 days, it would be a full season.  So probably with 82 days left in the season to be safe would be my assumption.
