I recently took over a franchise in Metropolis. After spending a week or so building my spreadsheets of the farm system, I began to see a lot of problems with how players were promoted. (Some worthwhile prospects were left in RL for 3+ seasons, some played 2 RL seasons then skipped levels, etc.)
Here's an example of a player with a weird (to me) promotion history:
Mac Anderson. I'm trying to figure out what exactly caused him to miss his projections so badly.
Here's what I see with 14M in AS:

He was in RL in S9, then AA in both S10 and S11. He's in AAA now for S12, but obviously won't come close to his projections in control, splits, groundball ratio or individual pitches, since he's 23.
So, what factors do you all think ruined his development? Is there something intrinsic to skipping levels that caused the "stall?" He didn't pitch as many innings as I would have liked in S11, so there's that.
His pitching coaching at each level:
Nothing jumps out at me there.
Anyways, just curious to see what some of the experts out there thought. Thanks for your time!
