I redshirted a freshman PF.  His work ethic dropped 8 points from 53 to 45 b/c he was unhappy I didn't tell him he would rs during recruiting.  My question: Is this going to be the only penalty?  (Could it drop further?)  

If it won't drop further I'm totally fine with the hit, which I view as minor.  In my experience anything WE 30+ can be easily overcome with playing time.
