Wait a minute....I just went back and looked at the #11 picks in my league (Capra) over the last few years and your guy isn't way out of whack with the Capra #11's, or the position player chosen closest to 11.
Here was a #12 pick, projects to a 95-87-58-58 glove (A question to consider for your guy is whether he can pick up 25 RA pts and 33 GL points). 100-34-64-55-62. He does have 100 speed and 90+ makeup and 100 baserunning.
