Is there a way to see cumulative team statistics, for the counting stats? If, for instance, I wanted to see the top 25 teams in FTA for the current season, is there some place I can do that?

Under stats, click on team leaders.  Your conference stats will appear. Then click on the division that you need.  Next,  click on the stat, FT for instance, and the top 25 will appear

There's also a tab of 'for, difference,  and against', in case you want the defensive stats as well

That's where I look, but I must be missing something, because I do not see the cumulative stats. I can find the top 25 FT% teams in D3, for example, but not the team that took the *most* FT.

Oh, I misunderstood your question.   I've never seen a list of who took the most FTs.

Well. In a roundabout way ... Look at the fouls per game under under "stats against" - its a fair proxy for free throws. At the very least that top twenty five is probably among the top teams in total free throws.
