First, I never knew the sim had players grow in the off season. I'll have to look for that.

BTW, there's a recruit in Wooden named Dong Hong right now. I think he signed with Boston College (not me).
Unfortunately, there's no way to tell when you're recruiting them if they are actually going to put forth max effort into growing during the offseason or not. And if they don't grow, whether they're going to continue to strive to grow (you know, to help the team and all) or get lazy and not try to add a couple of inches of height. Makes it hard to decide whether to recruit those type players, you know the ones that just decided that they're done growing and don't try anymore.
Anyone who doesn't know the context of this will think you're crazy......
Well, in real life, you can just ask them if they will put forth max effort into growing during the offseason, regardless of whether they get playing time or not. If they say yes, you know for certain they will try. If they say no, you don't want that kind of prima donna on your team anyway.
