I feel there is a serious lack of draft leagues in the LIVE world, so I'm going to try to create a recurring set of non-identical leagues so that those of us who enjoy drafts will have several different draft leagues to play. The idea is that this LIVE DRAFT CHALLENGE will consist of 5 leagues, as follows:
1) $80 million
2) $90 million with clones
3) $100 million
4) $120 million with DH
5) $140 million
I wanted to include a $60 million league, but I didn't know how well it would go over. The order of the leagues will be as follows:

I've put together a full list of rules and details on my home computer that I will post later tonight after I get home (admin absolutely refuses to give me a private thread; it would take them 2 minutes to make it, and 30 seconds to delete it if the league never filled, but it's just too much work and goes against policy). Since 5 leagues will amass five founders credits, I intend to distribute these as follows:
2 to the owner who wins the most total regular season games
2 to the owner who wins the most WS (obviously tiebreakers may come into play, they're listed in the longer rules)
1 to the owner who plays the most cumulative LIVE games
To be eligible for these prizes owners must have made the LIVE minimum in at least N-1 seasons, where N is the number of seasons the owner played. They must also average the minimum over all seasons played.
If at least 50% of the original owners are still around after 5 seasons (likely given the current size of the LIVE community) we will figure out something to do for a 6th season so we get the 6-season progressive rewards. Those will be distributed to all players playing in Season 6 who have played at least 2 total seasons, proportionally with respect to number of seasons in which the LIVE minimum has been met. For each season the following rules will be enforced:
draft utility will be used from 10AM-10PM Eastern; 30 minute picks, fixed pick times will be utilized
No WW, trades, or AAA - have a good draft and you won't need them
LIVE minimum of 50 games
No clones or DH EXCEPT in the one league in which each is explicitly allowed
Please only sign up if you intend to play all 5 leagues. Obviously sometimes things change and you might not be able to finish out the challenge, but if you know going in you're only planning to play 1 or 2 I'd really prefer you not sign up. At least not until we get desperate. Don't know if there's really any hope of filling this thing, but I'd like to hope so.
