You're looking at the normalized stats for the hit rates and they're from two different seasons, and the BB rates are not normalized. Then the AVG/OBP stats are normalized.

Each hit rate stat is normalized independently and as such may not add up exactly to the hit/ab rate that gives the normalized AVG or OBP as those are also calculated independently.

Further, I believe is displayed in truncated form, so Sheffield's 19 1B/100# may be 19.9 while Abreu's 18 may be 18.0, etc...
