Due to my changing life, I'm forced to give up my Shenandoah team in Tark and I'm hoping an experienced coach will pick the program up and possibly carry it to heights I wasn't able to. You'll have five scholarships to fill with a reputation of probably A-/B+ and a senior class of five next year coming back from a 24-6 program this season (my apologies for the class rotation being out of skip...there were a couple seasons I didn't like the recruits in Tark and went the JUCO route to maintain quality).
You'll be playing in the USA South, which has some truly solid coaches in it, four of whom out-lasted me at the place and I was around long enough to play 500+ games. We've got a rivalry with the hated ODAC and recruiting the VA/NC/SC corridor can be absolute bloodbath, so it takes some strategy.
In any event...it's there. It's open and I hope someone picks the team up because its a great opportunity.
Sorry to see you go, rednu. You were a great addition to the ODAC / USA South rivalry.
Also - Guilford is open if you change your mind
LOL...I just can't do the 2-games-a-day format any more. There were too many middays where I either didn't get logged in to change stuff or was scrambling madly to do so. I've got four teams in 1-game worlds, all of which I'm trying to keep and usually have enough time to handle in the evenings after work or from the road at some stage when I'm traveling. So, while leaving Tark, I'll still be spreading my brand of futility well throughout the HD universe.
And I'm pretty sure I heard flyers say he wanted to apply for Guilford ;)
