Can you release a guy still in arbitration and not have to pay for any of his salary?

Yes, as long as you release him before his arb hearing.

need help!  since i can't transfer money until after arb, does anyone know what will happen when i arbitrate?  will the guy automatically get released?  will money transfer from somewhere else, like i wanted it to in the first place?? help!! thanks!
