Does winning a MiL Award like an MVP or a CY have any effect on a prospects numbers? Also does promoting a prospect close to the end of regular MiL season cause the prospect to be ineligible to win an award at his previous level?

Not sure about the first part. But if you promote a minor leaguer before the end of the regular season (the major league season, I think, when voting begins), he gets removed from the awards ballot at his previous level.

Somewhat on this subject, is there any evidence that minor leaguers who play deep into the minor league post-season get some kind of extra boost in their ratings?
