This is a progressive league that begins with seasons 1968 and 1998. We are entering Season 5, 1975/2005. No live minimum, but live play is not limited. NL consists of owners who do not want to play much live, AL is for owners more interested in live. In recent seasons, no team has played more than 20 games live.

Drafts based on reverse order of standings after 120 games. 1-24, 1-24. Teams must have a minimum 30 wins at this point or will lose one draft position for every win below this plateau.
Cap is $255M. No to AAA, WW and DH. Yes to trades including draft choices. Draft choices can only be traded one year ahead.

Unlimited protected lists with 2 IR spots.
