Is the feature now working? Does anyone have an example that proves it is? My evidence screams NO.

WIS response to my ticket was they didn't think there was a problem.
9/3/2009 11:18 PM
They said there wasn't a problem for a very long time. Then they said they found it and fixed it. Just a few days ago.

My experience with a few injuries since then has been that I'm seeing an Injury Recovery event, but I haven't seen any rating(s) being recovered.

So I was wondering if anyone else has had an injury recently, particularly one that resulted in a player actually recovering something. Not just a nominal event.

I just had two players come off the DL in Coop.

60 day guy got a bump. 7 day guy did not. 7 day had lost a point in health, speed and baserunning.

I sent a ticket on 8/22 about Peter Dong (I don't see any improvement after spending about 100 days on DL). They said there wasn't a problem and gave me directions to knowledge info.

Have 6 guys in Capra with huge injuries (still 100+days on DL)-they all just received end of season bump to ratings.

WIS response on 8/26: "Improvement is not guaranteed like you are suggesting and we have a knowledge base article available that explains this in more detail. Please refer to knowledge base article #758 for more information."

Obviously your posting of tzentmeyer comments shows another run around and pile of B.S. from customer support to give that response just 2 days before an update correcting the problem.

Sounds more like they got enough tickets that they looked at it closer and found and fixed the problem. The problem itself could have been no more than a > being present in a line of code with an = or < should have been and the fix itself could have taken all of 10 seconds once discovered.

I don't think improvement should be guaranteed but I will tell you, from experience, that lower level CS isn't on the same page as some of the higher ups at WifS.

i personally feel cheated just a bit! i had some good players who never recovered anything. cs responded to me in the same way. I want retroactive healing!

I acquired a bunch of speedsters when they were capable of stealing 200 bases without getting caught. I also feel cheated. I want my SB!!!
