Amazing start due to Sr. leadership? Topic

How much value does having 4 seniors in your lineup add to your team. # start and 1 comes off the bench. I have started the non-conference at 9-2 and I have beatten teams that I believed I had no right to beat. I thought I read somewhere that it helps to have upperclassmen on your team, but I am just curious if it can really have that big of an affect.

The advantage that you get that isn't readily apparent from ratings will be in higher iq's. There isn't any other hidden feature that would make a senior inherently better.

If you start Halverson at PF, you'll probably be that much better since it will give you one more starter with A-range ratings. Put Dolan as your backup PF and Raley as backup C. You'll be better on the boards and harder to stop on offense. Also, even though Dolan has a 30+ Per, he doesn't need to shoot 3s, especially with a low BH. At a -2, he'll still take some long jumpers from time to time and make things harder on the defense. Keep it up this year and you'll be in the NT.

I do have Dolan at -2. My only problem with Halverson is his stamina is only 63. Won't that possibly hurt his contributions. I guess not if I don't overplay him and let him get too tired. But I do see what you mean about the increased Rebounding with him starting.

Thanks for the advice jcf16, I'll take a look at it some more.
