Fingers just rolled and some of the teams, myself included, have noticed that barely any coaches are "looking at all franchises" (i.e. not agreeing to resign with the team). I only have four coaches leaving and another team even says none of his are leaving. Another guy commented that he also has very low turnover. Has anyone else noticed this? Might there have been a tweak in the game engine? It's certainly a welcome one, if so.

Seems like the last several seasons I've had exactly 8 to leave each season. Thought about asking if that's what usually or always happens. Would also be a welcome tweak here.

In my just-rolled World, I have the following:

7 coaches looking at all franchises
8 coaches want to stay
4 coaches want to stay with level change
7 coaches want to stay with role change*

(*4 of these 7 are recent retires who want to stay with the franchise in a coaching capacity)
