OVR 48, DUR 35, HLTH 64, MKUP 66, STA 9, CNTRL 64, vsR 87, vsL 90, VEL 75, GB/FB 84, 1stP 88, 2ndP 63, 3rdP 53

I picked him up as a throw-in to a trade but I didn't see how bad hid dur/sta would hurt him.

I am thinking just as a specialist, but I dont know.

About all you can do is make him a specialist, or use him in a closer tandem.

I'd make him a Setup B, with the hope that he can give you 30-40 quality IP.

Philip Palmer is similar.
I use him as a SuA along with 3 other guys with not-so-ideal DUR/STA (38/20,44/21,18/59) and a couple of them are always available.

I wouldn't waste a roster spot on him. Keep him in AAA and use him as a callup or as a temporary fill in in case of injury.

I don't see the point of keeping a guy who won't be able to pitch 40 innings unless the guy's a stud. And with that control and P2 he won't even be that good.
