Are scouting trips the only way to pull (not dropdown) a d1 recruit down to d2? Do hv/cv's work ever?

Eval is short for Evaluation... Which is the common name for Scouting Trips.

I disagree with everyone above. Hasn't CS admitted that ALL of the things you can do that a player can't reject contribute to his coming down? Like coach calls and psych evals as well?
