Situational Line Ups Topic

For example, when Im down near the end of the game, I would like my perimeter players in. If Im up and its a close game, I would like my better FT shooters in.

Stand at the back of the line, lc. This is a change many of us have been wanting for a couple of years.

It seems like something that is easy to write into the code, I have no idea why it hasn't been implemented.

I think this would be a great feature.

They basically have this in SimLeague baseball. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to implement.

That is already a part of the current code.

The engine does bring in your perimeter players at the end if you are behind, but it uses the computer's assumptions as to who your best perimeter players are, not yours.

Situational lineups would be a great and easy addition. Perimeter lineup, defensive lineup, ft shooting lineup.

It's not much extra work for coaches, it's a set-it-and-forget-it type thing.

There are a dozen different small, meangingful upgrades of this nature that could be made ... rather than trying to work on durability.

how about a feature to change lineups based on the type of opponent defense - for example start a SG at SF vs a FCP or a 2-3 zone for example? or a PF at SF vs a 3-2

or even better, bring in 4 guards vs the vaunted -5?
