One season I had money from recruiting. Used it for recruiting the next season for a few states. How much cash over from recruiting is necessary before you can carry over some?

You will carry over 25% of whatever you have . So if you have $4 at the end of recruiting, you'll have $1 for next season.

edit: IF you fill all your scholarships. If you don't, then you get nothing.
