Hey Guys,

We're getting a lot of support tickets regarding some pages (mainly the FA Report page) not loading properly (red error message). The pages are working fine, but you may need to take a few steps to correct the problem.

1) Clear your cookies and cache:

In Firefox: CTRL + SHIFT + DEL --> Check the check box named "Cookies" and "Cache"--> Click OK

In IE 7 & 8: Tools --> Internet Options --> Browsing History --> Delete --> Click "Delete Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files"--> Click OK

Note: In IE8 make sure Preserve Favorites Data is unchecked or it won't remove Whatifsports cookies and cache if you have the site marked as a Favorite.

In IE 6: Tools --> Internet Options --> Click "Delete Cookies" --> Click OK --> Click "Delete Files" --> Click OK

2) Close your web browser
3) Open your web browser
4) Log out of the site
5) Log in to the site

I use Firefox and cannot access the FA report w/Firefox. However, to extend some contracts I WAS able to access the page by using Internet Explorer. Kind of a quick fix, but the different browser worked.

I've tried all of the above, no luck. Need to budget by Sunday (8th)!

I am having the same problem wih Firefox. WIS gotta get this fixed, pronto.

Hopefully we can postpone our budget day, I have a couple big free agents that I may or may not decide to sign, depending on what they are asking. I can't set a realistic budget if I don't have this info. Stargell @ Monument park.

Ok, figured mine out. I play on 2 computers, I had to delete all cookies from both computers...woohoo!!!

Delete all cookies. Not an acceptable fix. Sorry.

just delete the cookies from WIS then wonka. Don't be an ***.

Is anyone else not able to load their teams. I click on either team and it starts to load and then just drops back to the original page.

I can't even get to my teams.....never loads.

I'm having the same problem. I have been able to get on the site until tonight. I have deleted my cookies, temperary files and browsing history and I STILL can't get to my teams. WTH!!!!!
