Ive read once a player gets to 27 years old, their projected stats go away, and the stats are what they are currently.

I had a guy that was projected an 89, but he turned 27 so now it reads he's a 75 current and projected. Could he still be near an 89 at some point? If not, Im going to straight up drop his ***.

He may still improve some, but he's not going to improve by 14 OVR.

You do realize that projections are based on your advanced scouting budget, and does not necessarily reflect the players true potential, right? If you have a low AS budget, the projections may be grossly inflated.

Right. He'll never reach 89, but then that was never going to happen anyway. But depending on how the franchise has been run in the past few seasons, he MIGHT increase by 3-4 points. And that would be considered dramatic.

Don't put too much stock in projections, regardless of budgets. They could be low, high or close to the mark. Use them as guides to the types of players you want, but don't expect those specific numbers.

Pay no mind to jsturgis5866. It seems, as of 12:21 this afternoon, that he puts a lot of stock into projections.

Or he questions people that put stock into 2m AS projections.

Progression is a lot more telling that projections. The only reason I'm not at zero, like my other worlds, is because I haven't had time to get there.

Wait a minute, I thought he projects questions into people that own $2M in stock.
