This Theme League is simple. You get to draft two players who managed at some point in their career even if it was one season. Player/Managers are considered Managers. You then clone them and fill out your roster. You are thinking well whats the catch?
Here it is. Each Manager must have at least 5 sim seasons so that gives you at least 10 seasons to work with. Obviously that won't fill out your roster so here is the extra special parts.
If your Manager has 5-10 Sim Seasons- Draft them all and then you get AAA to fill your holes, using scrubs to send down to AAA and stay there. Remember you have two managers, one fielder and one pitcher. Any manager with over 11 seasons you must use them all and not use AAA. Obviously if you take a fielder with 10 seasons, you may only have one position AAA added when the season starts. Obviously players will be playing out of position but thats where the fun is. Thats why its an extreme league!
AAA will be 12/8 Below Average. All AAA must be renamed to your two managers. Reminder: you can only use AAA if you have managers who have less than 10 sim seasons. You can only have AAA pitchers up if you are short pitching seasons and can only have AAA fielers if you are short hitting seasons
And To Make it Fair, All Managers will be drafted in a two round serpentine draft. Each team must draft one fielder and one pitcher. BR has a list of all managers.
Draft position will be randomized using random.org and will be done by a trusted sim player not in the league
