Just signed up for a new team and the range for all my scouting budgets ranges from a min of 6m to a max of 14m. In my only other team I had options ranging from 0 to 20m each season.

Any help would be appreciated.

4m variance from each season in scouting, medical, training. 10m is the default number for a "new" team.
